every profile is checked about every 10 minutes. accounts that are banned or deleted are re-checked every few hours. the dashboard refreshes by itself while the page is open.
up to 15 accounts per API key. you can remove accounts anytime to free up slots.
username, nickname, avatar, bio and region changes are logged with timestamps. bans, deletions and comebacks are logged too.
on plans that include it, switch archive on for any tracked account (up to 15). its stories are saved when they are posted and its highlights are collected in the background. every item keeps its date and stats, and is kept for 6 months from the day it was archived, even if the account deletes it later. it works on public accounts only: stories and highlights of private accounts can't be saved.
