Copyright & DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. This page explains how to report a copyright or trademark concern about omar-thing.site and what happens after you do.

Last updated: September 16, 2026

01Overview

omar-thing.site ("Omar-Thing", "we", "us") provides tools that display publicly available information and media from TikTok. We do not host user uploads. Videos, images, stories, and live streams shown through our tools are hosted on TikTok's servers and belong to their creators or other rights holders.

If you believe that material made available through our site infringes your copyright or trademark, please let us know using the process below. Our Terms of Service also prohibit users from using the site to infringe the rights of others.

03What happens after a notice

We aim to acknowledge and respond to complete notices within 2 business days. After reviewing a valid notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the identified material through our tools.

Where it is possible and appropriate, we may let the affected party know that material was disabled and share a copy of the notice, with personal contact details removed.

04Counter-notices

If you believe material was disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected]. It should include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the material that was disabled and where it appeared before it was disabled;
  3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, address, and telephone number; and
  5. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

We will review counter-notices and may restore access to the material where appropriate.

05Trademark concerns

If you believe your trademark is being used on our site in a way that could confuse people about who operates or endorses the service, email [email protected] with:

  • the trademark and its registration number and country, if registered;
  • the specific URL on omar-thing.site and the exact use you are concerned about; and
  • your contact details and your relationship to the trademark owner.

We will review your message promptly and work with you to address valid concerns. Contacting us directly is usually the fastest way to resolve an issue.

06Removing content at the source

Because the media shown by our tools is hosted on TikTok, removing it from TikTok also removes it from our tools. You can report copyright infringement to TikTok through its copyright report form, and read more in TikTok's Copyright Policy.

07Inaccurate notices

Please make sure a notice is accurate before you send it. Under applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) in the United States, a person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice first.
